have been installing aftermarket hot rod AC for
years. One great thing that has happened to this
industry is Vintage Air. They have been the leader,
and we love their stuff. If you want another brand,
we are happy to comply. But this is the only page
on this site with a manufacturer’s logo for a reason.
Installing
air conditioning in your hot rod can be pretty tricky.
Space considerations are the big time eater. Many
vehicles have kits made that fit right in. Many
have plenty of room for custom components. But a
lot of cars are just plain tough to install air
in. Any way it goes, we have the guys and the facility
to help you out.
The
quality and craftsmanship of the work was more that I had expected. I had not
seen this kind of quality fit and finish on metal before. The paint was spectacular.
The whole project, as you can see, was first class. I look forward to my next

Doug's
suggestion that I consider new vs rebuilt carburetion was the right way to go.
This, along with a tune-up has the car back on the road again. I now feel that
anything that needs to be addressed on the car can be competently dealt with
